It's about Community   Butterfly Kisses Yoga was originally created with the intention to teach yoga to children and teens. This studio was created out of the desire for community. Not just any community, but a place to grow a stronger body, mind and soul. A place we can share knowledge, speak face to face and make real life connections.

WHAT'S WITH THE NAME? When I originally started teaching yoga and wanted to teach only kids, I was trying to think of what to call my business. I was thinking of things with butterflies in it as I love butterflies and it’s an amazing symbol of transformation and rebirth. I remember my older daughter and I would always give each other butterfly kisses goodnight “ Fluttering your eyelashes together”. I looked up butterfly kisses and a beautiful song popped up by Bob Carlisle about his love for his daughter, it just seemed like the perfect name.
